Our Team

Mazlan has been in private law practice in the Maldives for the last 24 years working on a range of important assignments primarily relating to banking transactions, project finance, sales and acquisitions of resort hotels, representing international hotel operators, developers and financiers of luxury hotels and resorts.

Murad is a co-founder of Mazlan & Murad Law Associates. He practices in aviation, tourism investments, banking and corporate law. He read law from Middlesex University, United Kingdom in the year 2000 and has an LL.M. (Adv) in Air and Space Law from Leiden University in the Netherlands.

Moosa Farish Ahmed is a Partner at Mazlan & Murad Law Associates. He graduated with an LL.B (Hons) from the University of London and subsequently completed LL.M in International Banking and Finance Law at City, University of London. His postgraduate studies were marked by distinction, with awards including the Eversheds-Sutherland Prize for International Investment Law, the City Law School Prize for International Banking Law, and the City Law School Prize for Money Laundering. He also attended the University of Essex Human Rights Summer School, demonstrating his early engagement with international human rights law.
